He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Roberson and Betsy Roberson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Roberson; his children, Kendrick Heath and Tameka Heath of Tarboro, NC; and his siblings, Norman Roberson of Tarboro, NC, Barbara Taylor of Greenville, NC, Rosetta Roberson of Greenville, NC, Margaret Grimes of Tarboro, NC and Emma Andrews of Conetoe, NC. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, with a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Viewing was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St James Temple Baptist Church (4480 McNair Rd, Tarboro, NC 27886). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
