He was predeceased by : his parents, David Shaffer and Mary Cave Good; his wife Anna Shaffer (Cathreno); and his son David Shaffer. He is survived by : his children, Mark Shaffer, John Dunham, April Nilssen, Crystal Breeden and Aubrey McKillop; his siblings, David Shaffer, Issac Shaffer, Rex Good, Mattie Good, Sandra Purdum, Felicia Alger and Carolyn Hooch; and his grandchildren, Grace, Kyle, Dominick, Katie, Wesley, Addison, Sammi, Cash, Carson and Killian. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
