She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Smith Pennell and Pauline Crouch Pennell; her daughter Julie Ann Fox; and her son-in-law Kenneth Philyaw. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie "Dean" Fox; her daughter Tammy Fox Bowman (Keith); and her siblings, Michael Pennell (Pam), Paulette Miranda (Pablo) and Joan Eller (Danny). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, along with a number of nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Millersville Baptist Church (130 Millersville Church Rd, Taylorsville, NC 28681). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at the Millersville Baptist Church Cemetery (130 Millersville Church Rd, Taylorsville, NC 28681).
