He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Lee Pendleton and Grace Dickens Pendleton; and his siblings, Richard Pendleton (Dickie) and Mary Anne Fox. He is survived by: his wife Helen Herman Pendleton; his daughters, Natalie Turner (Scott) and Cindy Stotts (Matt); and his grandchildren, Jordan Woods (Joseph Nelson), Canyon Turner and Talon Turner (Claire).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Savior Lutheran Church (2160 35th Ave Dr NE, Hickory, NC 28601). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
