He is survived by: his son Danny Pounders, Jr. (Stacy); his grandsons, Jayden, Corbin and Karson Pounders; his sister Ann Bullman (Fred); and his brother-in-law Phil Armstrong.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Westview Gardens Cemetery (1123 Edgewood Rd, Bessemer City, NC 28016). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
