He was predeceased by: his father Robert William Daughaday; and his cousin Matthew Daughaday. He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Anne Daughaday of Hickory; his wife Lynne Boone Daughaday; his children, Emilee Faith Daughaday, Raelyn Hope Daughaday and Kadin Phoenix Daughaday of Taylorsville; his father-in-law Keith Allen Boone; his siblings, Elizabeth D. Pennell (Matt) of Conover and Robert Lee Daughaday (Michelle) of Mooresville; his nieces, Katelyn Elizabeth Pennell of Conover and Amaris Blythe Daughaday of Statesville; and his godparents, Gary and Bonnie Daughaday. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gateway Baptist Church (3105 Sandy Ford Rd, Newton, NC 28658). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
