He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Pinkney Huffman and Mary Katherine Rhodes Huffman; and his brothers, Luke Huffman and Nelson Huffman. He is survived by: his wife Joy Huffman; his children, Myra Ward (Tim), Robbie Huffman (Carley) and Leslie Pennell (Myron); his grandchildren, Jonathan Huffman (Kelsey), Jessica McRary (Will), Josh Ward (Lauren), Lucy Huffman, Elliot Huffman, Charlie Huffman and Marissa Pennell; his sisters, Sylvia Whisnant, Marion Reese and Laura Elkins (Charles); and his pets, Tootsie, Buddy and George. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
