He is survived by: his wife Judy Helton Setzer; his children, Kyle Setzer (Terrie) of Hickory and Tamara Kirby (Lee) of Bethlehem; his stepson Shane Bowman (Rena) of Connelly Springs; his grandchildren, Brayden Setzer, Kylie Setzer of Hickory and Samuel Kirby of Bethlehem; his brother Wayne Lee Setzer (Ginger); and his nieces, Molly Sutton (Curtis) of Charlotte and Vikki Deese (Timmy) of Charlotte. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and cousins.
