She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Carlyle; and her brother Jerry Carlyle. She is survived by: her husband Michael Johnson; her sons, Scottie Johnson (Julie) and Jose Garcia; her grandsons, Andrew Osborne (Kelly), Matthew Johnson (Bonnie) and Aaron Johnson; her great grandchildren, Dalton, Carter, Abel, Brayden and Theodore; and her siblings, Patsy Fuller, Brenda McDowell (David) and Raymond Carlyle, Jr. (Esther).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
