She is survived by : her parents, Ronnie Stanley and Lola Robinson Stanley; her husband John B. Coleman; her son David Stroud of Thomasville; her stepson Jonathan Coleman of Thomasville; her siblings, Carol Stefany (David) of Tampa, FL, Allyson Stanley of High Point and Rev. Lee Stanley (Danica) of Archdale; and her close friend Scooter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; her puppy.

Memorials may be given to the Davidson County Animal Shelter.
