He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Grover Mann and Arilla Rains Mann; and his siblings, Donald Ray Mann, Thelma Mae Smith, Betty Irene Foster, Rebecca L. Flowers, Linda Carol Furgerson and Ravonda S. Mann.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Kennedy Mann; his children, Arnold "Chuck" Mann, Jr. (Marie) of Thomasville, Marvin Curtis Mann of Denton and Mary Debra Burkhead of Thomasville; and his brothers, Norman Lee Mann (Sharolet) of Thomasville and Richard Dale Mann (Mitzi) of Thomasville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
