With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arvil Roy Anderson (Thomasville, North Carolina), born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on August 10, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Flossie Buffkin Anderson; his daughter Janet Aikens; and his granddaughter Amanda Aikens. He is survived by: his father R. J. Anderson; his wife Lula Elliott Anderson; his sons, Allen Anderson, Adam Anderson (Sadie) and Aaron Anderson (Patty); and his grandchildren, Brandi, Josh, Caleb, Jason, Alicia, Justin, Ranson, Mike, Dana and Kimmy. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 15th 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the TBD Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery (401 W Holly Hill Rd, Thomasville, NC 27360). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Trindale Baptist Church (10407 Archdale Rd, Trinity, NC 27370).
