She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Jones and Ester Eugenia Burton Jones (Jean); her husband John Creed (JC); and her siblings, Paul Jones, Margaret Mandel and Edna Worrell.
She is survived by: her son David Creed (Susan) of Edenton, NC; her grandchildren, John Creed (Skylar) of Edenton, NC and Margaret Creed Thompson (Robert) of Windsor, NC; her great grandchildren, Fitz, Hayes and Matthew; and her sister Nan Jones.
