“I visited with Betty (Joanne) many times over the last year or so, both at the Manor and the hospital. She often attended the worship services at the Manor on Wednesdays. One of the last visits I had with her, she said, "If God sees fit to take me to heaven through this, then I am ready to go." She often expressed her Christian faith to me and her trust in Christ. I know she is not suffering now and that we--by faith and God's grace--will see her again. My wife and I will miss seeing her here.”
