She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond George Hodges, Sr. and Eva Mae Childress Hodges; her husband Ace Stanley; and her sisters, Peggy Suttles, Ruby Smith, Ruth Frady, Ronda Solomon and Wanda Griffin.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Deaton (Charles) of Thomasville, Tony Stanley (Renee) of Linwood and Greg Stanley (Amanda) of Raleigh; her siblings, Bobby Hodges, George Hodges, Brenda Snow, Debbie Peel and Martha Poole; her grandchildren, Samantha Smith (Dalton Vest), Mason Stanley, Andrew Stanley, Amanda Steed and Michael Steed; and her great grandchild Michael Johnson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the J. C. Green & Sons Funeral Home (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the J. C. Green and Sons Chapel (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Hospice of the Piedmont 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262.
