We announce the death of Bobby Wayne Hunt of Thomasville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 16, 2026, at the age of 83. Bobby will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Hunt and Pearl Willett Hunt; his siblings, Odel Hunt, Edith and Francis; and his parents-in-law, Esau and Louise Hoskins.
He is survived by: his wife Nikki Hoskins Hunt; his daughters, Robin Hunt Walker (Dwayne) and Jennifer Hunt Hedrick (Ronnie); his brother Harold Hunt; his grandchildren, Jessica Hedrick and Joshua Walker; his sister-in-law Linda Howard (Donnie); and his nephew Chris Howard (Debbie).
