It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Ann Andrews (Thomasville, North Carolina), who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doak Andrews Poole and Dorothy Croker Poole; her husband William "Joe" Andrews; her daughter Jan; and her brothers, David Guy Poole and Thomas Doak Poole.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda "Mandi" Hunt (David) of Thomasville and Lisa Hedgecock (Kevin) of Thomasville; her siblings, Marvin Croker (Libby) of Richmond, VA and Betty Poole of Asheboro; and her grandchildren, Andrew Widener, Bryce Hedgecock (Hayley), Lyana Hathaway (Carlisle) and Dawson Hunt.
The lying in state will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J. C. Green and Sons Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery (401 W Holly Hill Rd, Thomasville, NC 27360).
