He was predeceased by: his mother Cheryl Hudson; and his grandparents, Dixie and Ernest Hudson. He is survived by: his wife Amy Katherine-Elizabeth Brame; his children, Keyera Brame (Chris Jackson) and Jordan Spivey; his uncle Mark Hudson; his daughters, Serenity and Sara; his uncle Billy; his aunt Cathy Hudson; his parents-in-law, Billy Laney and Karen Laney; his brothers-in-law, Johnathan Smith (Tina Smith) and Lee Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Kayla Smith, Ethan Smith, Kyle Marshall and Miya LaBarr.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the charity of the donor's choice in memory of Tommy.
