He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Hill and Hazel Hill. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Workman Hill of Statesville, NC; his sons, Donald Hill (Kristen) of Advance, NC and Joseph Hill of Statesville, NC; his grandchildren, Katie Barlow (Lincoln), Matthew Hill and Tyler Hill; his siblings, Becky Campbell (Paul) of Conover, NC and John Thomas Hill (Melinda) of Trinity, NC; his caregivers, Micah Johnston and Jason Tock; and his close friends, Keith Yow, Phil Razor and Jerry Billings.
