She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Colvert Freeman and Eva Mae Miller Freeman; her daughter Diane Gallimore; and her siblings, Dewitt Freeman, Wayne Freeman, Freeman, Jr., Ned Freeman, Ted Freeman, Lou Hunt and Joyce Cranford.
She is survived by: her children, Eva Nifong of High Point, Don Ferguson (Dianne) of Thomasville and Kemp Ferguson of Thomasville. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery (401 W Holly Hill Rd, Thomasville, NC 27360).
