It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Farrist Ann Loflin of Thomasville, North Carolina, who passed away on February 4, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Barnes and Marinda Jane Harris Barnes; her husband Robert Billy "Bill" Loflin; and her siblings, Ruby Barnes Owens, John Max Barnes and Weldon Barnes.

She is survived by: her children, Dale Loflin (Mary Nell) and Janet Loflin Jenkins (Mike); her grandchildren, Meredith Ward (Brandon), Daniel Loflin (Caroline) and Heather Hall (Chuck); her great grandchildren, Maddison Loflin, Cooper Hall and Weston Loflin; and her siblings, Gertrude Wall, Shirley Briles (Harold), Nancy Gallimore, Imogene Cartner and Joel Barnes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
