He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Franklin Parker, Sr. and Thelma Bledsoe Parker; his son Stephen Thomas Parker; his son-in-law Michael Smith; and his siblings, H. C. Parker and Bobbie Jean Lankford.
He is survived by: his wife Aline Parker; his daughters, Stephanie Parker Smith of Trinity and Sonya Parker Sauls of Edgewater, MD; his grandchildren, Adam Smith (Kimi), Nicholas Smith (Brittany), Gabrielle Baillargeon (Jeff), Garrett Sauls and Grant Sauls; his great grandchildren, Silas Smith, Keilah Smith, Miriam Smith, Amelia Smith, Josiah Smith, Solomon Smith, Colt Baillargeon and Molly Baillargeon; and his sister Bonnie Davis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
