He was predeceased by: his father Jacob Donald Goins, Sr.; and his sister Sandy. He is survived by: his mother Martha Ann Thomas Goins; his wife Dawn Leonard; his children, Kerri Smith (Matt), Jennifer "Jennie" Casselman (Charlie), Catharine "Katie" Mishoe (Nick) and Nicholas "Nick" Goins (Teresa); his siblings, Don Goins, Jr., Van Goins, Alan Flynt, Vicki Kennedy, Sybil White, Della Nance and Sherry Davenport; and his grandchildren, Blaine Mishoe, Bryce Mishoe (Kaitlyn), Ethan Mishoe, Jake Goins, Chloe Goins, Zadie Goins, Everly Casselman and Wyatt Casselman.
