He was predeceased by : his parents, John Wesley Cecil, Sr. and Ethel Geneva Sink Cecil; his siblings, Fay Cecil Wall, Texie Lou Cecil and J. W. Cecil, Jr. (Jay); and his siblings-in-law, Roger Morgan and Peggy Cecil.
He is survived by : his wife Nancy Elizabeth Rogers; his children, Darren Cecil (Lisa) and Kerry Cecil Pharis (John); his siblings, Bonnie Morgan, Jesse Cecil (Jancy) and Dillard Cecil (Beverly); his grandchildren, Ted Larry Clodfelter (Lane) and Sharon Jane Clodfelter Henderson (Dylan); his great grandchildren, Allie Clodfelter and Oakley Henderson; his brothers-in-law, Frank Wall and Clayton Johnson (Linda); his niece Jana Cecil Weaver (Doug); and his nephews, Ricky Cecil (Wanda), Mark Morgan, Shannon Wall (Jan) and Mike Morgan (Kerry).
