As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Harvey may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leonard and Ida Bell Leonard. He is survived by: his children, Dwight Leonard of Lexington, Curtis Leonard of Lexington, Harveta Robbins (Perry) of Mocksville and Candy Johnson (Randy) of Thomasville; his sisters, Frances King (Terry) of Thomasville and Maggie Smith of Asheboro; and his grandchildren, Whitney Robbins, Brandon Johnson and Brittany Johnson. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. C. Green and Sons Funeral Home (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Thomasville Church of God (1200 W Holly Hill Rd, Thomasville, NC 27360).
