He was predeceased by : his parents, John Makuch and Ruby I. Mitchell Makuch; and his siblings, Ronald Andrew Makuch and Carol Ann Makuch Woods. He is survived by : his daughters, Tracey Makuch Carracino of New Jersey and Holly Makuch Gibson of New Jersey; his grandchildren, Alexa and Kiley Gibson; and his brother John Makuch (Anna) of Denton.
