He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Elliott and Ethel Rollins Elliott; his wife Judy Blakley Elliott; and his siblings, James Reece Elliott and Jeanette Elliott Branson.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Elliott of Lexington and Jack Leon Elliott, Jr. (Nancy); and his grandson Zach Elliott (Maggie) of High Point.
