With sadness, we share the passing of James Dillard Cecil of Thomasville, North Carolina. James Dillard, born on November 22, 1942, passed away on June 25, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Dillard Cecil to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Cecil and Ethel Geneva Sink Cecil; his siblings, Fay Wall (Frank), Texie Cecil, J. W. Cecil (Peggy), Harold Cecil and Jesse Cecil; and his brother-in-law Roger Morgan.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly Adare Perry Cecil; his sister Bonnie Morgan; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Cecil and Jancy Cecil. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial may be sent to Hospice of the Piedmont located at 1801 Westchester Drive, High Point NC, 27262 or to Zion Church Cemetery, Memorial Association, 130 Hasty School Rd., Thomasville, NC 27360.
