She was predeceased by: her parents, Irma Dunbar Daywalt and Robert Daywalt; her husband Paul Sanders, Jr.; her son Phillip Sanders; her great grandchild James Eugene Trivett "Jet"; and her siblings, Jerry Daywalt and Pat Marcheski.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Sanders (Kim), Jimmy Sanders (Kim), Cheri Sloan (Jerry) and Janet Wright; her grandchildren, Meigan McMullen (DJ), Tyler Sanders (Melanie), Morgan Farrah (Jason), Lauren Trivett (Clayton), Vince Sanders (Brooke), Sabrina Glass (Jeremy Morris) and Jonathan Wright (Lisa); her great grandchildren, Bryson, Eli, Kellen, Jax, Jett, Reese, Owen, Finley-Kate, Brantley, Storm, Beau, Zoey, Aryanna, Noah and Madilyn; and her sister JoAnn Kinsey.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the J. C. Green & Sons Funeral Home (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Jc Green & Sons Chapel (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360).
