She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Lewis Wood Hill and Bessie Hughes Hill; her husband Claude Douglas Moore; her son Sanford Lee Manns; her siblings, Ronald Hill, Martha Nealey and Pansy Perry; her grandchildren, Roger Penley, Christopher Cabe and Deanna Hughes; and her great grandchildren, Lilly Stevens and Matthew Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Rheuark of Thomasville, Pamela Culbertson (Franklin Culbertson) of Thomasville, Violet Hughes of Thomasville and Lewis Manns (Angie) of Thomasville; her siblings, Donald Hill (Gail) of Lexington, Otis Hill (Hazel) of Lexington and Diane Cabe (Billy) of Thomasville; and her grandchildren, Ashley Meadows (Cori Meadows) of Winston-Salem, Crystal Hughes (Thomas) of Thomasville, Travis Culbertson (Amber) of Thomasville, Jesse Cabe, Jr. (Donna) of Thomasville, Kelly Hash of Lexington, Stephanie Knapp (Justin) of Columbia, SC, Andrew Manns of Lexington, Whitney Drake (Brandon) of Lexington and Amber York of Lexington.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pilgrim Freewill Baptist Church (1649 E Center St Ext, Lexington, NC 27292). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
