He is survived by: his wife Jancy Workman Cecil; his siblings, Dillard (Dill) and Bonnie Morgan; his sister-in-law Nancy Cecil; his children, Richard (Rick), Cecil (Wanda) and Jana Weaver (Doug); his grandsons, Sam Cecil (Janay) and Tom Cecil (Lara); his great grandchildren, Luke, Jack and Glenn; and his friends, Rick and Wanda Cecil of Thomasville.
