He was predeceased by : his parents, Conrad Luther Brinkley and Mildred Kinney Brinkley; and his sister Linda Faye Brinkley. He is survived by : his children, Roger Brinkley, Scott Brinkley and Venus Brinkley (Shawn Garrett); his grandchildren, Heather Davis, Lisa, Sara Brinkley, Ashley, Conard Brinkley, Tiffany Stanley (Phillip), Michael Collins (Katie), Dakota Simms, Chevy Garrett, Destiny Garrett (Jake Gidney) and Alexis Hinkle; his great grandchildren, Summer Steed, Bristol, Dallas Brinkley, Kylea and Riley Stanley; and his brother Douglas Brinkley (Rita).
