He was predeceased by: his parents, William Peter Christiansen and Lena Miani Christiansen; his brothers, William Christiansen, James Christiansen, Douglas Christiansen and Joseph Christiansen; his brothers-in-law, Gary Dunham and Thomas Sokolowski; his grandson Joshua Christiansen; and his nephew Frank Christiansen.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Wohnsen Christiansen; his children, Kim Hedrick (Joe), Jeff Christiansen, Eric Christiansen (Sheila) and Carl Christiansen (Rachel); his great grandchildren, Callie Hedrick, Landon Christiansen, Kayden Roberts, Emma Grace Christiansen, Decklan Christiansen, Addilyn Pugh, Grayson Christiansen, Karley Royall, Farrah Christiansen, Beckett Pugh, Sophia Christiansen and James Christiansen; and his siblings, Elizabeth Christiansen, Norma Christiansen, Kenneth (Ellen Christiansen), Richard (Mary Christiansen), Joan Marie Sokolowski, Ellen Christiansen, Mary Dunham and Peter (Marge Christiansen).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. C. Green and Sons Funeral Home Chapel (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
