She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Terry Sullivan, Sr. and Clara Lee Nance Sullivan. She is survived by: her husband Jay Stephen Motsinger of Lexington; her daughter Jennifer S. Corriher of Lexington; and her brother Jack Terry Sullivan, Jr. of Jamestown.
