As Katherine Elizabeth departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Katherine Elizabeth may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Katherine Elizabeth leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlis R. Johnson and Joan Bowers Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Roger L. Stevenson; her stepdaughters, Ashley Filavdi (Mark) of Harrisburg, NC and Laura Stevenson of High Point; and her brother Terry Johnson (Clarice) of Asheboro.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Gospel Baptist Church (9042 US-311, Archdale, NC 27263). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
