He is survived by: his mother Jenny Miller Loftin of Davidson County; his wife Ruth Lambeth Loftin; his daughter Emily Troutman (Steven) of Knightdale; and his siblings, Linda Lewis (Ronnie), Jan Hutcherson and James David Loftin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
