She was predeceased by : her mother Myrtle Byerly Scarboro; her husband Bob Decker; her sons, Donnie Lee Woodle and Mickey Ray Woodle; and her brother Howard "Chuck" Scarboro.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the J. C. Green & Sons Funeral Home (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Jc Green and Sons Chapel (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360).
