She is survived by: her husband Mike Sullivan; her children, John Manley, Jr. (Nicole) of Trinity, Brandon Royall, Ricky Royall of Thomasville and Felisia Carter (Chase) of Climax; her stepdaughter Lauren Sullivan; her mother Mary Sizemore Smith; her siblings, Roger Eugene Smith, Jr. of Sandhills, Sissy Hall (Junior) of Sandy Ridge, Denise Jolly (Danny) of Trinity and Michelle Nieves (Stan) of Clemmons; her mother-in-law Margie Sullivan; and her sisters-in-law, Kay Sullivan (Kenny), Annette Nobles and Diane Daniel (Kenneth). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
