She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Breeton Asbill and Blanche Boatwright Asbill; her husband Charles Hudgins; and her brother D. B. Asbill. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Kepley (Randy Fields); and her grandchildren, Tommy Moffitt (Renee), Bill Moffitt (Becky) and Debra Moffitt Clark. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Sechrest-Davis Funerals & Cremations (18 Randolph St, Thomasville, NC 27360). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Alamance Memorial Park (4039 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215).
