She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lee Richardson and Ruth K. Thayer; and her brother Dwight Richardson. She is survived by: her nephews, Bobby Richardson (Tammy) and Brent Richardson; and her niece Dawn Underwood (Rusty). She is also survived by three great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations be made to Thomasville City Schools, 400 Turner St., Thomasville, NC 27360, to support field trips and educational programs.
