She was predeceased by: her husband Randy E. Rose; and her parents, Audrey Faye Bailey and Gilbert Wayne Bailey. She is survived by: her son Corey Wayne Hockett; her stepsons, Randy J. Rose and Kevin Rose; her grandchildren, Layla, Walker and Lindsay; her siblings, Teresa Bailey Apple, Tamara Bailey Boles Reynolds, Cynthia "Cindy" Mishoe and Gilbert Wayne Bailey; and her sister-in-law Pam Meshew.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church, Bethany Hall (222 Mt Zion Church Rd, Thomasville, NC 27360).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Family Services of Davidson County, which provides shelter and support for domestic violence survivors in Thomasville and Lexington.
