She was predeceased by: her parents, John David Hoover and Sallie Younts Hoover; her husband Robert Lee "Bob" Kindley; her grandson Zachary Scott Kindley; and her siblings, Shirley Hoover Hunt, David Hoover, Jr., Bobby Hoover, Eugene Hoover, Tommy Hoover and Harvey Hoover.

She is survived by: her children, Scott Kindley of Trinity, Chad Kindley (Jennifer) of Trinity and Jill Brazzle (Kory) of Wallburg; her siblings, Johnny Hoover (Becky) of Reidsville and Patsy Hoover Childers of High Point; her grandchildren, Kerrin Kindley, Kolby Kindley (Elizabeth Roberts), Kyndal Kindley, Emma Hoult, Jordana Hoult, Haley Tuttle, Sydney Lowe (Dylan) and Ryan Tuttle; and her great grandchildren, Melody, Waylon, Oaklyn and Jettson.
