Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Rebecca leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos McReynolds and Gladys Rhoten McReynolds; her husband Richard Eugene Stargardt, Sr.; and her son Richard Stargardt, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Sabian Stargardt (Stacy) of Stokesdale, Kevin Stargardt (Trish) of Trinity, Lisa McCall of Texas, Tammy Davis of Thomasville, Kathy Stargardt of Thomasville and Christine Wilson of Thomasville; her daughter-in-law April Stargardt of Lexington; and her siblings, Lee McReynolds of Virginia and Martha Hill of Virginia. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
