He was predeceased by: his parents, Mallory Eugene Turner and Alva Allen Turner; his wife Trudie Edwards Turner; his grandson Michael Turner; his brother Donald Eugene Turner; and his brother-in-law Ben Cummins.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Turner of Thomasville and Brian Turner (Yolanda) of Winston-Salem; his sister Nancy Cummins; his grandchildren, Brittany Turner, Jonathan Turner, Jeremy Turner, Yisel Vela and Juan Vela; and his sister-in-law Bettie Turner. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Baptist Church (3201 N Main St, High Point, NC 27265).
