He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Crouse. He is survived by: his girlfriend Debbie Smith; his children, Patrick Crouse (Holly) of Surfside, SC, Kevin Crouse of Thomasville, Misty Crouse of Thomasville and Stephanie Fell (Mike); his brother Wayne Crouse (Diane) of Thomasville; and his grandchildren, Patrick "Bailey" Crouse, Ryder Chase Crouse, Summer Crouse, Andrew Crouse, Kip Crouse, Ashley Hilton, Heather Lambeth, Becky Fell and Michelle Fell. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to The American Heart Association.
