He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alden Van Welch and Daisy Samuels Welch; his wife Susan Allen Welch; his daughter Heather Sentell (Joe); and his grandchildren, Gavin Sentell, Madison Sentell, Colt Sentell and Keely Sentell.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. C. Green and Sons Funeral Home (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the J. C. Green and Sons Funeral Home Chapel (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360).
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be sent to Hospice of Davidson County at 200 Hospice Way Lexington, NC 27292.
