He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Payne and Margaret Marshall Payne. He is survived by: his wife Correen Brooks Payne; his daughters, Cindy Kennedy (Ronnie) and Gwen Payne; his grandchildren, Adam, Ashley, Alexus (Chadd), Johnathan and Clavin; his great grandchildren, Jazper, Brooks, Lincoln and Ila; his sister Alice Hodgin (James); and his stepmother-in-law Gerrie Brooks.
