She was predeceased by: her mother Minnie Ray Cochran; her husband John Hagy; her daughter Sharon Hagy; and her siblings, Clyde Bandy and Nadine Butterworth.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Hagy (Kim), Curtis Hagy (Lisa), Michael Hagy (Angela) and Valerie Howard (Ricky). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Davidson County or to Wayside Tabernacle Freewill Baptist Church.
