He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Teleshuk and Dorothy Jones Teleshuk; and his brother Mike. He is survived by: his son Scott; and his sisters, Dawn Garvin (Brent) and Sandy Dominguez (Eddy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
