It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Michael Jones of Thomasville, North Carolina, born in Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on September 25, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Ann Jones; his daughter Teresa Pickard; his brothers, Kenneth and Bobby Ray Jones; and his grandson Allen Pickard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Wilson (David), Jennifer Compaore and Crystal Welch (Stephen); his grandchildren, Josh Wilson, Amber Wilson, Autumn Stout, Jasmyn Floyd, Maliah Compaore, Keely Compaore, Miley Compaore, Kaiden Compaore, Brandon Welch, Dustin Welch, Payton Welch, Trenton Welch, Amie Pickard and Adam Pickard; his great grandchildren, Raegan Stout, Emery Henderson, Alanna Welch, Bella Welch, Ava Welch, Allsten Pickard, Alex Pickard and Carson Pickard; and his siblings, Randy Jones, Tony Jones and Becky Silver.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mount Zion Wesleyan Church (222 Mount Zion Road, Thomasville, NC 27360).
